Sale Items: All sale items are final, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items.
Full-Price Items: Refunds are available only for full-price items that are returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We kindly ask that you email us with photographs of the item at hello@popyatot.com.au so that we can address the issue promptly.
Exchanges: We offer store credit upon the return of the goods. This ensures that you can select an alternative item that better meets your needs.
Please note: The customer is responsible for covering all return postage costs unless the product is deemed faulty.
